In April 2011 the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court decided the matter of Trace Construction et al v. Dana Barros Sports Complex et al..  John Curran, trial and appellate counsel for subcontractor, L.C. Anderson, recently conducted a seminar for the Boston Bar Association to discuss the impact of the Court's decision on landlords, tenants, general contractors and subcontractors.
