Attorney Carolyn Francisco prevails in Appeals Court.

Attorney Francisco of Corwin & Corwin LLP successfully secured a favorable Appeals Court decision on behalf of a painting subcontractor.  The Appeals Court affirmed the judgment of the Superior Court for the painter for its entire subcontract balance and all of its legal fees and costs, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149 sec. 29 and reversed judgment awarding the general contractor back charges.
